❗️ Registration Photo Tip

When uploading your photo for registration, please use a passport-style photo — face and shoulders only.

To help things run smoothly, please make sure your photo:

• ✅ Is clear and recent

• 🚫 Has no hats or sunglasses

• 👤 Is not a group photo

• 🙂 Has no funny faces or filters

• 🚷 Shows no other people in the image

📸 Tip: A simple photo against a plain background, taken in good lighting, works perfectly.

Choosing the Correct Age Group

When registering, please ensure players are placed in their correct age group for the 2026 season.

Rule of thumb:

• U8 – turning 8 in 2026

• U9 – turning 9 in 2026

• U10 – turning 10 in 2026

• And so on…

Registering in the correct age group helps us ensure appropriate team placement, grading, and a positive development experience for all players.

Family Discounts

A discount will apply when a family has three or more players who reside at the same address registering with the club. The 3^rd and subsequent players from the same family will receive a 50% discount on registration fees (the discount applies to the youngest player’s fees).
