Claiming Account

This is a reminder that participants must claim their existing accounts. Failure to do so will create a duplicate account.

• • As an existing participant claiming their account during the registration flow
  • As an existing participant claiming their account through your participant profile
  • As someone registering a participant on behalf of somebody else

Tip: We advise that participants only input the mandatory fields when searching for their account: First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB.

If you can’t find your account but they have previously registered, contact Play Football Support, who will be able to help you to claim their account.
